Client Intro

Remark Group deliver intelligent business solutions for companies around the UK, specialising in Sound Masking. With design, installation and management services, Remark provide the infrastructure proficiencies and software applications needed for forward-thinking companies.

The Problem

As a experts in their field, Remark needed a website that highlighted their specialist services, testimonials and qualifications to potential customers. Their entire site was also in need of a refresh across both desktop and mobile to improve the customer journey.

The Solution

Consulting with the marketing lead, we discussed the current website and looked at examples of possible features to improve the user experience. From this, we prioritised the most important pages on the website, starting from the homepage and media centre, to improve shareable content.

We are now continuing to review the website by working with Remark page-by-page, utilising both new features and SEO.

The Outcome

Whilst still improving and pushing forward, the website now holds an up-to-date layout, with a much improved page speed score. By partnering their new design with our SEO services, we have also helped heavily increase 17 priority national keywords, boosting their overall traffic.
