First Choice Produce

First Choice are purveyors of quality fresh produce to the hotel and restaurant industry. They have supplied catering establishments from their base in London’s New Covent Garden Market since 2001.

Traditionally the business was a wholesale operation covering London and the Home Counties exclusively. When Covid 19 hit in March 2020 they quickly realised that they needed to approach things from a different perspective.

They quickly contacted us asking us to build an eCommerce website to enable them to pivot from a B2B to B2C. We managed to majorly overhaul/improve their website and successfully launch swiftly, offering a range of items/packages for delivery within a specified postcode area. Within a number of weeks the business generated millions of pounds.

Following on from this success they instructed us to replace their existing site to showcase their ever growing range of products. What they have now is a fully transformed experience with a bespoke design to fit around their brand.

The professional design we created takes into account their ever changing, seasonal, product range. We continue to work closely with them and have also provided training so that they can efficiently manage orders in-house.

As their online venture has been so successful they are now taking orders and delivering nationally. The website reflects this growth with a range of features making it as user friendly as possible. It features a custom checkout with email automation, allowing a customer to reorder, complete checkout and survey on their overall shopping experience.

First Choice now has a clean, informative website that works well across all devices and continues to attract new customers.
