What Remark Group Wanted
Remark’s top objective was to boost their online presence. They wanted to appear on the first page of Google – and above their competitors – for targeted industry terms. We took their website under our wing in March 2019. With no traffic or visibility for relevant business terms, we had our work cut out for us.

We then set to work optimising their website content, building tailored landing pages and a bank of expert content, including blogs and knowledge base articles. Key pages that showcase integral parts of their business, including Sound Masking and Video Conferencing.
CRO & Website Improvements
Once we’d attracted more people to the site, we set about optimising the user experience. Through carefully considered CRO changes, we made it easy for customers to find what they were looking for… and persuaded them to convert. Changes included adding new product images and videos, FAQs (which also had an SEO benefit), a reviews feature, product labels and improved, more informative page content. We also implemented a series of tools and checklists to ensure consistency from page to page and monitor which actions were being completed by users.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
We knew it was important to not just optimise Remark’s website for specific keywords. To get meaningful results, we needed to combine this with conversion rate best practices. This involved drawing attention to what the target audience needed to know and presenting that information as clearly as possible.
