Since joining the team in its infancy, Leah has helped to build, push and elevate Echo’s digital marketing campaigns involving PPC, SEO and CRO strategies.

Happiest when she’s busy (which is is just as well!), Leah enjoys collaborating with the team to bring new ideas to clients, helping them to reach their business goals.

Known to the team as the Asana taskmaster, she gets excited about organisation, keyword research and anything automated. At home, Leah also gets excited about organisation, automation but there's a bit of baking in there too.

With a wealth of agency and in-house experience for both B2B and B2C marketing, Anissa joined Echo in 2023 to help level up clients' SEO, PPC and CRO strategies.

Prior to her growing passion for marketing and strategy, Anissa completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, which led her to dig deeper into data and analytics, and completing her masters degree.

Outside of work, Anissa does professional boxing training, she has studied astrology and in any spare time she has, conducts in-depth birth chart readings for people.

Robyn started her career in marketing two decades ago but joined the Echo family in May 2024 as Head Account Manager. With the majority of her experience having been gained in full-service agencies, she brings a wealth of experience to the Echo team.

Having supported B2B and B2C organisations, Robyn has worked with clients ranging from small, owner-managed businesses to blue-chip insurance companies, luxury brands like Rolex, and everything in between.

Robyn’s real skills and passion lie in helping businesses achieve their growth ambitions through clever marketing strategies.

Outside of the office, Robyn channels her competitive nature into the world of dog agility where she competes with her border collies and cocker spaniels.

After studying Fashion Communication at university, Laurissa had a great interest in creating content for small companies but wanted to learn more on how she could help grow a company. This led to her Masters degree in Marketing and found her love for digital marketing and analysing data.

Since joining in November 2020, Laurissa has been absorbing all things digital and expanding her knowledge on SEO and PPC with the help from the great Echo team. Laurissa is also behind Echo’s social media bringing the latest news and updates at Echo!

Having completed an Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing and a degree in Business Management, Sophie is passionate about all things business growth.

With a love of communication and relationship-building, Sophie’s work at Echo revolves around delivering the best results for our clients.

In her spare time, you can find her cooking, meditating or tending to her crystals.

Reece joined Echo in August 2024 after spending 3 years at a TV shopping channel as a Digital Marketing & Measurement Executive.

Reece loves to help our clients achieve their targets through implementing marketing strategies.

Away from work, Reece enjoys watching football, socialising with friends and working out in the mornings even before work!

Charlotte started her journey in search engine marketing in 2020, engaging in several freelance positions to enhance clients' rankings before excitedly joining Echo in March 2024.

Embracing a dynamic atmosphere, Charlotte enjoys her role within a bustling digital marketing agency, contributing to successful campaigns for our clients.

With prior experience in mentoring junior colleagues, Charlotte finds fulfilment in closely working with the team, fostering collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.

Jakub joined Echo because he was inspired by our “Be Better” mantra. He has always enjoyed stepping outside his comfort zone and continuously improving his knowledge and skills.

Initially studying game and graphic design, Jakub later developed a strong curiosity for digital marketing, which quickly turned into a passion. He has now worked in SEO for over two years, first at an agency and more recently as a freelancer.

Outside of Echo, Jakub enjoys immersing himself in nature, frequently visiting parks, with the Peak District being one of his favourite spots. A massive cat lover, Jakub also loves spending time with his four cats.

Haziqah joined Echo in August 2024 after starting her professional journey during the Covid pandemic as an SEO Specialist.

Haziqah is focused on driving organic traffic and revenue for clients through strategic search optimisation and loves all things organic search.

Outside of work, you can find her travelling and capturing beautiful aerial landscape shots.

In January 2023, Georgia became a part of the Echo team, having started her professional journey as a motoring journalist specialising in the evaluation of cars and motorcycles.

After a stint as an in-house Content SEO Writer, she sought agency experience and now finds herself relishing the distinctiveness of each day at Echo.

What captivates Georgia about SEO is its demand for curiosity, creativity, and investigative skills - qualities that seamlessly align with her work approach.

Georgia is originally from Atlanta GA and loves spending time reading books, mainly sad, old ones.

Joining Echo in October 2020, Emma has two years’ experience as an SEO content writer.

Writing is something that Emma has always loved, and enjoys using her passion for the written word to help businesses create easy to understand content that drives results.

With a degree in English Literature and a qualification in journalism, Emma likes to explore every facet of content creation and stay up to date with the latest writing trends.

She enjoys trying new things, stepping outside her comfort zone, and collaborating on projects.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading, walking in nature, and cycling.

Halima's love for writing has been a lifelong passion, and in December 2023, she enthusiastically joined Echo as an SEO Content Writer, eager to enhance content for our clients.

Armed with a master's degree in Multimedia Journalism and extensive experience crafting blogs for diverse websites, Halima brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Halima cherishes spending time with her twin sister, indulging in her culinary skills by preparing Mexican dishes, and expressing her wanderlust through her personal travel blog, sharing captivating stories about her annual road trips to Algeria to visit her father.

Leidee (known as LJ) joined Echo in July 2023 having had years of experience in crafting WordPress websites and enhancing SEO. She aims to broaden her knowledge in marketing and SEO even further, working with the Echo team to enhance her abilities.

Aside from work, she takes immense pride in her role as a devoted single mother to her daughter (and beloved poodle), and any spare time is all about sharing Marvel and DC movie nights with them!

Sarah joined Echo in November 2022 and is responsible for the coordination and execution of the Marketing plan for Echo. Having spent 3 years in a marketing role for a construction dispute company, Sarah is enjoying the exciting agency vibe, helping companies to grow online.

Outside of work, you can usually find Sarah having fun with her 2 little monkeys, exploring on walks or camping when time allows!

Harry joined Echo in August 2024 after completing a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship whilst working as a Marketing Assistant.

Since transitioning into a Marketing Executive role with Echo, Harry loves to shout about the brilliant work we do.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys playing football, padel, and darts as well as travelling and being at the King Power Stadium on a weekend!

Daniel joined Echo after 7 years of working his way up to a Customer Service Operations Management position for a global manufacturing company.

Having studied Marketing and Advertising Management at University, Daniel is excited to be back in the industry, working closely with the team at Echo to coordinate Clients’ projects seamlessly through to completion.

Helen joined Echo in February 2024 after gaining extensive experience in various administrative roles. Before this, she ran her own successful nail technician business for nearly a decade but decided to pursue a career in administration.

Returning to the office environment for the first time since the onset of Covid, she is thoroughly enjoying the change, and the busy agency environment.

With a background that includes working for diverse businesses, including a large global IT company, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Operations Administrator, helping to organise the team, ensuring clients' work is scheduled effectively.

In her free time, Helen enjoys walking her dog, Honey, as well as cooking, baking, gardening, and watching films. Renowned for her exceptional birthday cakes, the team eagerly anticipate her creations!

Emma has been an integral member of the outreach team at Echo since February 2023, where she plays a vital role in client engagement and effectively communicates our array of website and digital marketing services.

Her professional journey began in the insurance industry, but Emma soon realised her passion for excitement and decided to transition into the dynamic field of marketing.

Matt joined Echo in 2022 and brings over 13 years of experience working across digital and print design, illustration, animation and video to the team.

He loves being able to produce creative website designs for our clients with a focus on clear communication and UX design.

His interest in board gaming comes in handy with coming up with ideas for our creative and fun team-building exercises.

Outside of work Matt likes to go on adventures, hiking and climbing mountains across the UK, or relax playing board games and watching films with his friends.

Specialised in turning design mockups into living, breathing sites with visual flare. Uses a template approach to coding so common design elements are reusable and consistent, which in turn makes it simple to make a change that reflects across the entire site.

JP is a website developer specialising in the LAMP stack, with experience ranging from but not limited to progressive web app development, website development and mobile app development.

He's spent the last four years building things for the web such as websites, online stores, RESTful APIs and web based systems.

As frontend web developer, Kim creates design mock ups to Wordpress websites. Highly experienced in various website builders but enjoys building Wordpress website from scratch. Kim loves coding and is always keen to learn more.

Ruben moved to the UK in 2017, coming from the Azores in Portugal, a tiny group of islands in the middle of the Atlantic.

Prior to joining Echo in 2023, Ruben worked as a care worker, but his passion has always been to have a career in web development.

Ruben is enjoying learning the Echo way and certainly has some exciting projects to get his teeth into. He is a keen website coder, “creating something out of nothing…lines of text that together make a website" as he likes to put it.

Abhi joined Echo in 2022 as a Web Developer and is passionate about developing websites from scratch, precisely matching mockup designs using reusable templates, and making alterations easy for clients to complete.

Abhi is always keen to learn new code and technologies.

In his spare time, Abhi enjoys watching movies and exploring different places.

David began his career as a Website Developer Intern in 2015, where he learned to code websites from scratch. He mastered the use of WordPress during his first job and has been utilising it to create websites for clients ever since.

After helping his family with their business for a while, David decided 2024 was the year to go back to working outside of the family business and was excited to join Echo. He loves that they share his passion for creating unique and top-notch websites.

What David enjoys most about building websites is that there's always something new to learn, which keeps things interesting and motivates him to keep building more sites.

Outside of work, David likes hanging out with friends and family, going mountain biking, and playing video games. He's finished quite a few single-player games!

Since the beginning of Echo, Anita has always been behind the scenes helping things tick along.

An invaluable asset to the team, Anita assists the whole team keeping tasks moving in the right direction. Duties include making changes to our own website, working on social media campaigns and completing various administrative tasks.

Starting in 2012 after a friend asked if he could build a website, Zak launched Echo and since has worked with hundreds of businesses of all shapes and sizes across the world, ensuring their online presence is at the very best standard.

Zak has a fascination with business and how a company can thrive and grow online.
